Worst A&W ever . Tried to order through drive through I don’t eat beef so I wanted to replace patty they said we don’t do that… i mean if I have allergies would they still say that …? instead of working they were literally sitting there..

This location is closest to my home so I am regular and only thing I order is Latte Machiato. The ladies working in evening are extremely lazy and twice I have been given only milk without any espresso cuz they are lazy to fill espresso beans in their machine and ... think customers are fool & close the lid with only milk and serve it. I had to go back to location after I reached home and get it fixed and then they messed it up again. They did not make machiato, the girl called the supervisor and she filled milk in cup and then put 3-4 espresso shots, I couldnt even drink it cuz it became so bitter!! I am sure they have a machiato button on the machine, why is it so hard for them to make a simple drink. Cleanliness wise this place is worst too. The staff needs to be trained how to use the brew bar machine & stop being lazy and serving wrong drinks on repeat. People are not free to go home and come back again to just grt order right. A & W Is the only real fast food restaurant I go to due to the quality of the food and no antibiotics which I'm very grateful for. Unfortunately this trip I was quite disappointed. I ordered onion rings and they came out very cold Unseasoned And soggy. I unfortunately ... didn't realize it until I got halfway to my grandmother's house who I was bringing them to so I was unable to go in and return them. However, next time I will try one before leaving the drive-thru. I still highly recommend A&W Read more

I remember A and W being legit. Real burgers, real meat, real toppings. After eating this so called chicken burger I've had enough. Waste, I mean waste of MONEY. Stopped here (2420 50 St NW Edm) on the way home with my wife and two children for a quick meal. It wasn't until after I ordered and went to sit down that I noticed how completely disgusting this location is. I pulled a chair out at the table my ... family was sitting at and had to wipe off the grease prints on the seat with several napkins. Then I had a look around. Only saw two staff members behind the counter, with two more outside sweeping up small amounts of trash in the parking lot. Nobody cleaning a single thing inside despite no other customers and trash and dirt everywhere. The place looked liked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My young son went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and overflowing. We tried to tell one of the staff members, and all she did was check and let us know that the door was unlocked. We had to stress that the toilet water was and the cusp of overflowing from the toilet bowl. Not sure she still understood what we were trying to say. Read more
