Pita Pit - Edmonton, Alberta

Nice and clean.. good location for lunch if you work downtown Edmonton. The girl who served me was very friendly. My first pita pit was delicious.

This Pita Pit has friendly staff who make delicious food. While I wish the portion sizes were bigger, I really have nothing to complain about. They also have a couple of decent vegetarian and vegan options (unlike some of their competitors!), which gives it a double plus in my eyes! ... Also: they do indeed have wifi. Read more

Recently, I had a poor experience at this specific Pita Pit. Over the past year I had poor customer service, and left each time feeling as though it wasn't worth my time to come back. After venting my frustrations on here, and other online sites, I was contacted by ... some of the representatives at Pita pit to alleviate the issues that I had. They were great at understanding my frustrations as I talked about my past experiences.They personally met with me and assured me that the frustrations I shared, would be dealt with and that I wouldn't experience anymore problems in the future. I should note that I have been back since, and they more than made up for any past poor experiences. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know. Read more

One of the better Pita Pits around, however, since when does closing at 9 mean 8:40? This was not a one time thing... I go by here most evenings after work and have tried several times to grab a bite to eat, but can't get in. Have also noticed several ... times while just walking by around that time that the sign says closed, so be sure to go here earlier than anticipated in the evenings. Read more

My first time there, I was unsure of how the process worked but the man working behind the till was really friendly and explained how the process worked.
