ok so i redeemed a free drink coupon, the lady was hesitant at first to accept it, she checked it and ok she honored it, so i ordered my drink which is like my everyday veggie smoothie at work in Kingsway so i know how it is made and how ... it taste like, i watch how she's making it, she didn't put my extra spinach which i paid for, she also doesn't have kale at all in her container, she still accepted my order although she can't make it correctly! it was closing time when i was there but that shouldnt be a reason not to make order properly, not a good experience Read more

TERRIBLE. The one girl is very rude. I wish I can give 0 stars. I came in 6 months ago and had a argument with this lady about a coupon and promised to never come back. I walked passed jugo juice today minding my own business as I was shopping with ... my friend. She must have remembered me as when I walked by she stared me down and walked down the counter with me and clapped aggressively at me when I was walking away. TERRIBLE way to treat anyone. Awful experience. I had a few extra time to get some food so i was like why not jugo juice, something good and healthy to start my morning with since i had the time. There was one guy working and no line so i told him i wanted a kale- ... aid with wheat grass with ice. He couldnt understand what i wanted and i explained to him what i wanted for 10 min, losing my patience because it was so simple and i dont even have an accent or anything, can fully speak english. Guy couldnt understand until i had to show him how to make it. And i also asked for a apple grilled cheese and he had burnt it, also couldnt get it off the grill so he had to throw it out. Honestly, the best Jugo Juice in town. They open early, all the staff are happy and friendly, the owner often works and places samples of smoothies/juice and sandwiches to try and they open early unlike their counterpart in city centre. The ladies at this location are absolute gems!
