Food is amazing, owner is great. Can sometimes take a bit to get your order but it seems the owner has some issues with good staff. Still go, always like to support local business.

You simply can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Amazing smoothies. Tuna panini. Thai soup (drool) I will return again and again. Friendly staff and inviting for families to drop in and dine.

Horrible experience. It started out alright, she was kind taking our order. Took 20 mins for a turkey bacon avocado salad and the same as a wrap. We got the food, then she still hadn't made my coffee. Take a few bites. No turkey. "Oh yeah we were out." I asked her ... why she wouldn't tell us before we ordered.... Especially because it's in the name of what we ordered. She said she forgot. I asked her if it's the same price anyways and she simply said yes. Then I notice there's no avocado in mine. Worst of the worst service, I went to the fresh restaurant located in clover bar road and Lakeland in Sherwood park. After 25 min of placing my order (salad) I went to the counter and I ask if I can get my food, they said that te machine was broken ... and they haven't started. Really good! I got a panini with turkey and cranberries, it was delicious! It's a nice atmosphere as well, not too crowded so you get some quality food. :)
