Each location is different every week. Sometimes, the service is great. Other times not good. But the smoothies and protein balls are fantastic

Today I visited the Riverbend store and Attended was on phone he even didn’t made an eye contact and then moved back to store we were standing there about 10 minutes and after he returned very angry tone he said sorry and asked about the order. We ordered two orange ... juices and he said you have to wait. I said ok and after some time he put two glasses of juice which are quite liquid taste and when we asked why it’s so light he just said I don’t know I just squeeze the oranges.. we are regular booster juice customers and never had such a worst experience. Smoothie came to me with drips on the side, chicken pesto panini was microwaved instead of grilled. The sandwich was a mushy messy by the time I got it and it was way too hot to handle with bare hands. Heard they screwed up one other guys smoothie completely. Also ... the service was slow. This was the most discombobulated booster juice I've ever been to. I think these staff need more training. Booster juice is one of my favorite places to get food, so this was very disappointing. Every time I come here i am consistently disappointed. I've tipped alot here in the hopes that some attention will be paid to quality, but to no avail. I've had baseball sized ice chunks, to very soupy mixes.i recommend going to another location, south common isn't bad.

I am so disappointed in the service and lack of care. I ordered the last steak and cheese panini (which there should have been more available to customers as it was only 1pm) as well a chicken panini since there was only one of the steak and I had needed ... two. I came home and found that I didn’t even get one steak and cheese panin. They gave me one grilled cheese and one chicken panini. I paid for the steak and she even verified the order with me.
