Excellent food options; would’ve loved to get it within the same hour. Longest ticket times I’ve ever had. Took the servers literally 45 minutes to even acknowledge my table. This is probably one of my favorite patios on Whyte Ave. It's a roof top patio, that has two levels. Sofa style seating or standard chair seating. Good for a group gathering. Or a date night. The food is good, but I'd say the atmosphere is definitely better. I like ... that they have plenty of vegetarian options, worth checking out. Read more

UPDATED REVIEW: This review is a change to my previous review of O2's on Whyte Ave. I had previously given a 1-star review because of my previous experience. But having been contacted by one of the owners and giving the place another shot, I have decided to change it. The ... service and quality of my latest visit was considerably different (the lack of quality of my previous visit was probably just a one-off.) This time, the drinks I ordered were pretty great --- I really liked the Coco Bongo. The food was good, too. I had excellent service all evening. EDIT: I've changed my rating from 1 to a more-neutral 3 star rating. One of the co-owners contacted me asking me about my visit. After a pleasant exchange, they offered to make up for my experience. It's nice to see that they customer experience and complaints seriously. I will be giving the establishment another try and will update my review after. Read more

Customer WiFi: no Washrooms: yes Power outlets: no Pet friendly: no Parking: Street Food/Drinks: the food was not bad portion size was a little on the small side. The fries were really good though. The bar got the liquors mixed up in our drinks but our server got that remade for us. Service: a little slow ... but still okay. Sometimes a little hard to track down our waitress for things but she was nice and we were taken care of. Atmosphere: the rooftop patio is awesome and I would highly recommend you try it out if there's space. It is very laid back and kind of removes you from Whyte. You forget you're in Edmonton. I've been here a few times with a couple friends and have always enjoyed myself so I decided to have my birthday party here. Booked a reservation 5 days in advance for a group of 15 at 8 pm and it was no problem. Then the day of the reservation I ... got a call saying we would have to be there by 7 pm due to the play offs game. I missed the call and they did not leave a message and I'm curious what would have happened if I hadn't called back. When I did call back I asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone said there wasn't one available. I was upset but said fine a couple of us would get there at 7 to hold the table. I got a call from a manager a few hours later and he told me they would still honour the 8pm reservation which was good. But then I was told at 8:25 if the rest of my party did my show up by 8:30 they were going to take part of the table away. Since O2's changed the reservation not everyone was able to make it earlier. I asked to speak to a manager and never saw one. While the food and drinks were good and our server did her best, I have never dealt with such awful management before and will not bring back a large party ever again. Read more
