Stopped in to grab some food. What a great surprise. Food was delicious . Had nachos, outstanding, the pizzas were also very good. Will return next time in area.

We have been going to this establishment for years. We go mostly on wing Wednesday and are never let down. We went today on a Friday, happy hour drinks and ordered a pizza and 2 pounds of wings. The wing order came out and I questioned the waitress. There was 12 wings. ... Honestly 12. She said that she thought it looked small but the kitchen told her it was two pounds. The bill came and it was 37 dollars for this 12 wings???!!! Nope never again. From a long term customer….boo Newcastle. Shame on you. Read more

Diamond in the rough!!! Great food, Great pricing and above all. The service is exceptional. Sandra is one of the best managers/bartenders I have dealt with.

Seems like a great place. Waited forever to order food. Had special until 7 pm, but no waitress. Went to the bar to order, but bartender would not take our order. Waitress took other orders for people that came in later. Tried to grab her to order, but ... was told to wait. Then when she finally came was told sorry too late to order the special. Would not honour the deadline even though we were here waiting for service for 1/2 hour. Then told not her fault. Read more

Arrived at 6:30 given happy hour menu till 7. Drinks brought promptly then the lone waitress took care of every other patron- ordered food/ drinks. I asked the bartender if we could order from him and were told to give the waitress a chance. Finally came back for our food order ... as we ordered from the happy hour menu at 7 pm- it ended at 7 pm. Waitress comes back and says sorry it’s pass 7 so you can’t order off it. We explained that we’ve been waiting since 6:30- waitress rolled her eyes shrugged her shoulders and said obviously I’m busy. Not my problem- hire enough staff or honour the menu presented at time of seating. Horrible experience and I won’t be returning. Paid for our drinks, waited for friends to come and we left. Sad cause it could have been a great night as we had a party of 15 other people there for a birthday party. Read more
