Boston Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

We ate there yesterday. If I could give 10 stars I would. Our waiter was so amazing. So great at giving us great experience and making sure we were extremely happy. The bathrooms were so clean. The dishes sparkled. Tables were spotless. The whole environment was peaceful.

Terrible service! We sat with 5 kids, 1 teen and 5 adults, we were not spoken to for over 15 min so I spoke with the manager. It then took another 7-10 min to have her come over and take our order. 1 adult & 1 teen had to leave ... as they were time sensitive for a baseball game. The manager then told the one adult who ordered a pitcher of beer for the table (4 adults) that he needs to share and she can give him a pitcher alone. Unfortunately the food here did not seem to be up to the standard to the restaurants in the city. Pastas were bland and greasy, and our pizza had to be sent back because the cheddar cheese on it made it borderline gross. On the bright side, or server was extremely ... friendly and funny. Read more

Quite disappointing stared with the the kids drinks three dairy delights pure garbage ice cubes and water couldn’t find the dairy ! They were replaced but… a poor start to a poor meal The potato chips pure hot spice and burnt Salmon power bowl the salmon supposed to have a glaze on ... it but sadly no so flavourless wanted quinoa but they were out so I got the lifeless brown rice If it wasn’t a over $20 meal I would just go what ever but in that price bracket I should expect a lot better Sum it up the all the meals pretty average Best part the kids meals we got what we paid for Best advice stick to the pizza Read more

The servers were all nice. The food was good and we had no problems. It was nice to have spaghetti as an option for a side dish. It was quiet so our party of seven could visit with one another for a milestone occasion.
