Boston Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

Honestly think I’ll stop coming here, the last few times me and my family has been here, the servers, treated us coldly and barely came to our table. Today around 8:10 we came in and our server was a white lady, she came over to us with an annoyed look ... on her face and she asked us what we wanted. The way she talked to us compared to her other customers who were also white, she treated them better, checked on them while me and my family had to get the attention of another server just to get some more drinks. We used to come here all of the time, we cleaned up after ourselves and were polite to them, we always tipped them 5-10$ but now I don’t think I’ll ever come here. Can't rate the food, because despite being seated by a disinterested hostess, we waited 15-20 minutes and received no service at all, even though the restaurant was dead. The waitress looked our way a few times, but couldn't pull away from her friends at another table or her phone long enough ... to take our order. There are plenty of restaurants is Spruce Grove. I visited here 1 yr ago with family, food servings is huge and tasty, excellent server.

Had oven roasted hot wings and garden salad. Both were good, although some of the wings were a little flabby which is always unappetizing. Pepsi was a little on the flat side. Great white north pizza was really on point. Service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing.

Got a skip order tonight, the food was good but prices have gone way up. I understand that restaurants have been hit by hard times in the last couple years, but so has everyone else and the food here was already overpriced to begin with. Just including this for others ... to keep in mind before coming, you may want to check the new prices online first so you're not unpleasantly surprised. Picture included is a note we got in the drink bag. No idea why you guys couldn't just call to let us know if you were out of something, like you used to. Or better yet mark the item as sold out when you run out of it. This wouldn't be that bad but I saw another review with a picture showing they had the exact same thing happen to them. Not a good look to ignore problems that your customers speak up about, and allow this carelessness to continue. After $70 for 2 people and a couple extra pops, I think it's fair to expect that it would at least be made up for with good service.
