We ordered the Mushroom burgers last night. Half the topping missing on both burgers. No green on the burgers either unlike the photo they advertise. There might have been 10 fries each in our container. I’m pretty sure BP can do better than this. We’ve had this burger recently & ... it was delicious. A complete fail yesterday. We always enjoy our visit at this location. The staff are friendly and the food is always delicious. One server who is the definition of superior customer service is Kira. She is friendly and provides a wonderful dining experience when she is our server. We live out of town but ... come to this Boston Pizza location because of her. Read more

Randomly visited the company’s site and saw the promotion: “Try the new holiday Squarefooter pizza” When it comes to pizza, I have a minimum set of expectations in terms of pricing, taste, presentation, quality. All I have to say is that I will remember this pizza, it totally set a ... high bar for what it is. Just two days before Christmas too. What an awesome treat to roll into the holidays with, and it is still great the following day (Air fry reheated). I got the loaded pepperoni and bacon one and will be going back for more. If this is the expected franchise standard for this pizza, then it is outstanding. This review is specific for this location, I cannot speak for the other locations. Updated: Happy they kept this pizza after the holidays. Ordered the same one again to see if it is consistent. The pizza did Shrink a little bit in terms of size and thickness. Slightly less pepperoni, but over all still good. Will order again. Tried the truffle one as well, but it was a little underwhelming. Read more
