service was good, the food came at a good time, as in i didn’t have to wait that long. overall the atmosphere is very quiet and chill, which is perfect. lots of good seating options, either inside or outside. first time here and hope to come back when i can

This burger was amazing ! I got the Vatican which is the grilled cheese bun. It was quite large but somehow I managed to finish it. It was mouthwatering. The food is pricey (about $40 for 2 people) but tastes really good. Fries are pretty good, and a lot of ... burger selections. The place doesn't look fully finished and the lights are burnt out so they look closed. The inside is quite nice but the chairs are so tiny. But the food trumps all of that. Second time visiting Burger's Priest. My first experience missed the mark, but Laura (location manager) responded to my feedback right away and generously offered for me to come back again. I ordered the Mushroom Bacon Double Cheeseburger combo with a side of fries this time. The fries came out hot and ... crispy. They have a homemade taste and feel to them that I really enjoy. The burger was also served nice and hot. The bun was soft, the lettuce, onions, tomatoes and pickles were crisp, the bacon and mushrooms were delicious, and the G14 sauce on this burger was a tasty addition. The staff and customer service here are also exceptional. I always think highly of places where I'm promptly greeted upon entering, told to enjoy my meal, acknowledged upon leaving, etc. And having the manager personally reach out to me after my initial experience shows that they truly care about patron satisfaction. Surprisingly spacious space to grab a quick bite to eat. This place sure satisfied the craving! We had the California burger and the priest burger. Food: You get a good portion and oh my goodness the food is amazing. The fries are perfect, not too under or over salted and REAL POTATOES!!! The chicken sandwich i ordered had the perfect ratio of mayonnaise to other toppings. The chicken was real, unlike processed things from ... other places. I really enjoyed this burger and would 110% come back again. This instantly took the cake for my favourite burger joint. Service: The person who took our order was very well mannered and outgoing.
