It's exactly what you'd expect from a smittys, they haven't really seemed to change over the decades. We went recently as a family of 4 with 2 children, the restaurant was clean, the server was pleasant, and the food came quickly. My only real complaint was that the portions ... are small for the price, I ordered fish and chips that were decent, but I only received a modest bowl of fries next to two small pieces of fish for 20$.. I expected at the very least to have more fries. My kids each had dino nuggets and each received 5 tiny nuggets and a small bowl of fries, the meal also was supposed to come with a toy but they said they were out and my kids were left disappointed... We ended up leaving still hungry despite having an 80$ bill. Read more

We placed an order for pick up and there was a item missing , we called back to the store and the manager answered, not only did he make a whole new order he literally jumped in his own vehicle and delivered it too us with some donuts on top ... of it all. Absolute disappointment, we skipped the family dinner. 4 MISSING ITEMS! Then ones that did show up were squished and extremely under portioned. Pathetic attempt at take out and we will never order from this restaurant again. When we called, all that could be done was call skip and it’s not their ... problem. We eat Sunday breakfast at this location quite often. We have always had good food and great service! The portions are very large. The food is always fresh. The servers very attentive. This is our go to breakfast spot. Keep up the good work!

This Smitty's is my favorite go-to for a sit-down meal. The food is classic diner food and I have never had any problems with quality or presentation. The only reason it's a 4 instead of a 5 is that it's quite simply diner food from a large franchise. The service is always ... excellent, the staff is prompt to seat you. They are attentive without being annoying and always willing to engage in a short conversation if they have a free moment. The restaurant building is clean and maintained but is showing its age. Worn seats in some benches, cracked flooring, and worn paint; but in all honesty, it just adds to the atmosphere. Read more
