Spicy Beef Quesadilla, awesome. Just enough spice for everyone. Happy hour 3-6 and 9 till close

My girlfriend and I went to dinner here for our anniversary, and we were left disappointed. We started by ordering Shirley temples that were probably 80% ice that I ended up paying 6.50$ per drink. I took about 3 sips and it was gone. My girlfriend ordered a spicy chicken ... sandwich without the spice ( without the jalapenõ mayo) and I ordered fish and chips, as well as 2 waters to eat dinner with. Once we got our food and water, my girlfriend noticed that the chicken sandwich still had the spicy mayo instead of regular mayo. The waitress came by and asked if it was still spicy which she replied with yes. And she did not offer to take it back, she just simply said it would be the breading and not the mayo causing the spice. The fish and chips were pretty good however I was disappointed with the amount of fish I received as well as the fries were pretty soft, there was also a thin lining of paper on the plate that got wet and had holes in it by the time I was done eating. After all of this with the food, we had both drank our small “baby” waters” about 1 minute into eating, and nobody came to fill them so we were left without any water to eat our food. We overheard the table behind us asking another waitress if there server had started working in the bar which she replied with yes. We had the BEST experience here, followed by the worst. I love Browns since they opened in Regina, so having one close is great. After our last visit, I doubt I'll ever be back to ANY location. Deep fried food was cooked in very old grease, and tasted like it. Chicken & ... fries were horrible. The fish oozed of brown oil. After ignoring us for 20 minutes of me not touching my sickening meal, were finally able to pay and leave. It seems Brown's have followed the 'profits at all costs', and the cost is our patronage. Try as we may, they fail again. Potato skins ordered are clearly microwaved from frozen, and are undercooked. Tried again tonight, and ordered the Dragon bowl. First dish I ever had at Browns, when north Regina opened. Tonight's offering was a pathetic 1.5 cup of salad with 3 pieces of chicken....for $26. Gross! Read more

I went in for dinner with a medium sized party (5 people) on a somewhat busy Friday evening. The host staff shuffled a few tables around for us and we were sat almost immediately .It was really nothing but compliments all around; our server was incredibly attentive and any staff ... member who walked past the table was checking in on us. I had the Dragon Bowl, it was really good! The coconut rice was really well prepared, and the teriyaki chicken had a lot of flavor. Read more

Great food, great service. The menu selections all looked so good it was hard to choose. Our server had a lot of full tables but she still found time to give us great service!
