Terrible. We are long time customers of this location. Tonight we ordered the triple treat box and our pizza was cold and tasteless, we substituted onion rings for the bread sticks and paid the extra $3. When we received the order there were 8 small onion rings. ... It was a joke. We preordered for a specific time and it was 20 minutes late. I tried to call the store multiple times but no one answers. The last couple of times we have ordered from this location we have noticed a significant decrease in taste and quality. Based on the reviews, we are not alone. I get having bad days, but at least answer the phone and address the issue. With all of the other great options in the area, I think it’s time we moved on, especially with the lack of customer service. Read more

My mistake for ordering from this place before checking reviews. Ordered delivery of two types of boneless wings. Supposed to receive 8 and only received 7 of each. Insane given it’s already steeply priced at $13.49/8 wings, and multiple of them are small

I have been a fan of Pizza Hut for years. I love the taste, and adore the stuffed crust pizza. However, I have noticed the quality of their pizza decreasing over the last several orders. The crust of the pizza has been getting thinner and thinner, and my order last ... night took the cake. The crust was so undercooked it was doughy to eat, and I ended up having to put it in my own oven to cook it more. The crust/bottom of the pizza could not have been more thin if they tried. You could see the sauce through the bottom of the pizza, there was nearly nothing to it (see photos). For how much you pay for these pizzas, it is absolutely not worth it considering the quality you get. Going to have to find a different pizza place! Read more
