Pizza Hut - Calgary, Alberta

I ordered through the APP and my wife picked it up. We noticed that an item was missing when she arrived home. After many attempts to call the store directly to find a solution to the issue, we were unable to reach anyone to figure out a resolution. I attempted ... to call at least 8 times over the course of 2 hours. Ordered the "hand crafted" which showed light fluffy crust. My crust came thin and soaked in grease. Nice. See the picture of the fluffy crust, then see mine. I mean, it tastes alright, but come on.

Careful ordering the new light and fluffy crust. Got home and the pizza was paper thin and the crust was super hard and crunchy. Not that great compared to their regular.

I pre-ordered 2 larage pizzas for take out. When I got home and was largely disappointed to see the quality of pizza I received. The crust was paper thing, there was barely any sauce and the toppings, cheese was extremely limited. I could of went to Little Caesars and got a ... hot and ready pizza for a quarter of the price and had a better experience. After looking at the receipt I see instead of ordering a regular pepperoni and a regular cheese I instead got a hand crafted. My error on ordering the wrong pizza but the quality was not was I expect whe. I usually get Pizza Hut. I strongly recommend staying away from any Hamdcrafted pizzas from Pizza Hut. Read more

I got the Hawaiian, it was undercooked, hardly browned and had the slightest touch of marinara sauce. it tasted like mush in my mouth and had no flavor. it was terrible. I do not recommend ordering here.
