Pizza 73 Royal Oak is consistently good! Which means our family and guests are consistently happy! We have had so many variety of pizzas over the years and they are very accommodating with their options when you have people with specific needs. The wings are our favorite, fresh and tasty. ... When we make a large order, we have left overs and we're all happy. Especially if I don't have to cook all the time, portions are good here! Ordered delivery, pizza was made excellent and delicious. Unfortunately the 1 star is for poor delivery operation. Their app continued to say preparing order when it was on it is way, did not even change with the delivery person at my door. I tried refreshing app by closing and reopen ... and the status remained. I have a baby sleeping and two loud barking dogs, this feature was important to be prepared. The second reason, I put in delivery notes to "call upon arrival please". This was ignored and the dogs went nuts upon hearing knocking. Unfortunately waking the baby. Hopefully next time the app works as intended and instructions are followed properly. I live in Royal Oak neighborhood, the previous management team wasn't very good, but for the last couple of months, I noticed the quality has changed dramatically, I usually pay extra for double the topping, and last time when we had guests, all of them were impressed with high quality ... of pizza's and wings.
