Little Caesars - Calgary, Alberta

I've been to multiple Little Caesar places, all the ones I have been at have never failed to disappoint at least once. This specific one, has managed to meet my expectations every time.

Little Caesars does not know how to make a Detroit Style pizza. I'm not blaming it on the staff because I have a feeling they are following the instructions that the Little Caesars corporation has put forth. A very thin layer of sauce underneath the cheese and toppings which brought no ... flavor to the pizza. In a Detroit style pizza, the sauce is supposed to be poured over the top after the pizza is cooked. I was born not too far from Windsor Ontario and grew up eating Detroit style pizza so I know the difference. If Little Caesars made an adjustment and actually researched how to do it properly, I think the pizza would be fine on their menu. Make the adjustment and I will adjust my review. My all time favourite pizza and place. Good quality and reasonable price...definitely recommend this place. Friendly staff good environment fast service.

I ordered a spicy BBQ pizza but got a pepperoni aloha jalapeno pizza instead. I wanna cry.

I think since the management changes I can see the difference in quality and service. The Hawaiian pizza was mind blowing and breads were nicely / freshly made.
