Very bad customer service. We had the welcome coupon of $5.00 and the team could not scan it. They were not willing to let us use the reward. Our burritos were made already and we waited there for 30 minutes and at the end, they told us to contact Quesada.ca. ... They do not stand behind their customers and do not have values of serving their customers. Not sure what her name is but she was very rude even if it wasn’t our mistake.
