Taco Bell - Calgary, Alberta

Starting this off by saying I’m not a Karen and I quite literally never leave a bad review. But this experience was terrible. 1. Overcharged me for my food. Tapped my phone and didn’t notice ( my error I know) 2. Fries were cold and hard. Which is alarming because they literally ... opened 36 minutes before I came. Were they old yesterday fries? I’m afraid to know at this point. (I’m sure I’ll find out later) 3. Lady was kind enough to ask me if I wanted sauce to which I replied please. I opened the box when I got to work (15 minute drive away) she literally gave me 1 hot sauce packet. 1 yes you read this correct. What kind of debauchery is that? I ordered 4 items. Staff was friendly but the restaurant was missing several basic ingredients and could not fulfill my original order. The gentleman I ordered from had trouble figuring out how to enter in a specific combo of tacos/options - the POS system clearly is meant for speed not options. That being ... said the people I got the food for thought it was delicious as always and the service was quick. Prices are going up but I certainly won't blame the staff for that. Read more

Being this last Taco Bell other than Crossiron mall or downtown, I made the trip out here because almost all other locations are closed. Wow, the prices went up a lot of the 32nd Ave one (now closed), which were less than 4 months ago. I usually get the dorito ... meal for almost $11, including a fries supreme, but now it $14 and it doesn't include the fries supreme, so it's $16. Guess I won't be coming again for a very long time. Price is way too expensive for what you get. The good news is that the drive thru is open 24 hours. Service was good. Portions of filling were very good compared to Crossiron. Read more

This place used to be decent for a Taco Bell, but our last order was just sad. All it was was tortillas with maybe a tablespoon of meat and ingredients, if you were lucky. Most of my chicken quesadilla was just a plain tortilla. The burritos were just a tortilla ... with a splat of meat folded 300 times to make it look somewhat bigger. The price is ABSOLUTELY INSANE for what you get. Last time we'll even think about eating here. Read more

This place hasn’t always been the best but lately they’ve declined immensely. The recent times I’ve been here the person taking the order sounds like they’re mad at me. I understand that you work a minimum wage job in customer service, I’ve been there, but you guys don’t have to ... be so rude. I also ordered a supreme fries with my combo and there was a hair in it.
