Not as good as I remember. Trying to order on the screen is terrible. Could not find what I wanted, thought I had....it was not. It will be years again before I eat KFC

Good old Bow Bottom KFC does it again, served me a raw chicken burger today - be aware!

The worst! Been there 3 times now. First two, order wasn't right and food was cold. This last time, tonight, order was wrong. Ordered the large popcorn chicken and was given a child size. When I went back, after waiting a other 20 minutes to correct my order, they put the right size ... chicken but they removed the poutine I had ordered. I didn't check till I got home. When I called in, I received very rude service... but hey, if I ever go back, I might get the poutine I paid for, free. Update; Ordered again, chicken was EXTREMELY greasy and soggy. This was the worst experience I have had with ordering food for delivery. I was supposed to have received my order by 5:05 - received it at 6:23. Everything was cold. To make matters worse, things were missing from my order. I tried to call and kept getting a busy ... tone. I called the phone number on the site and had a passive/aggressive individual tell me that I have to call the store that I received the order from. She transferred me to the store and the guy said it would be out to me when they have a chance. Are you kidding me?! I paid for an order and didn’t get everything and now I have to wait longer!
