Costa Vida - Calgary, Alberta

I ordered a taco bar (catering order). I asked for a taco bar for 10. The lady on the phone said minimum was 15 people. I said that in the past we always ordered for 10. She didn't disagree or say anything so I moved forward ... with ordering. Next day my husband went to pick up the order. It was $100 more than we have paid in the past. BUT we had an event and needed food so he paid and left. I then received a call about 10 minutes later - they forgot to pack the tortillas. FOR A TACO BAR! My husband was already driving home (we live out of town) and he doesn't answer the phone while driving. They offered to deliver the tortillas but rescinded once finding out we live out of town. They did refund us a portion of the cost on account of the tortillas being forgotten. The entire experience was terrible. I will never order from Costa Vida again. Last summer we did Taco Tuesday's every week and never had any issues (always ordering from Costa). Read more

We just recently had a large party order for an the end of year lunch; the food and service were spectacular! Food delivery came on time. It was fresh and hot. Communication was clear and open and the coordinator (Joha) worked with us to help accommodate and stay within our ... budget. We will certainly be doing this again. This food is awful. Not fresh and terrible quality. I can’t believe people are paying $15 for this. I only went in and tried because I saw it was busy. Yikes I would never recommend. extra charge for everything, including chicken! Chipotle is much better quality for same price

These are probably the saddest tacos I've ever seen. They didn't even have cheese, or pico. The salad we ordered, that cost $18 was subpar. Time to find a decent Mexican place in Calgary, since this place is going down hill fast!

First time eating here. Staff is fast and friendly. Was was fresh and delicious. I had one of each of their street tacos and they were all outstanding
