Food is always great. But can’t say the same for customer service. Was served by a lady and she was very rude. I visited Arby's at Chinook Mall food court around 6PM on Sep 26th. A male worker(I believe he is the owner) took my order. I ordered large size of curly fries. He was extremely rude during the whole process. He told me he does not understand my English and I ... repeated again what I wanted to order, then he said "you come here" to move me to another till. I paid cash, he gave me change but no receipt. He throw the food bag to the counter! not handle to me. I picked it up and I was surprised how much food I got (I have visited different arby's location more than 100 times) obviously it was too little, then I asked him politely : excuse me, is it the large size curly fries? you know I just want to make sure I got the right stuff. then he was rude again and yelled at me: it's alot! how much do you want? I can show you the small size! you already got a big one ok? Because he was so rude and loud, other customers who were waiting aside all looked at us. If you are looking for a healthy quick meal, definitely go to Arby’s. You will surely get a lot more protein and less fat than any other burger chain. I would highly recommend their Gyros, which are awesomely tasty.

Ive been to this Arbys twice, and helped by the same man. I have nothing but good things to say. First off, customer service was superb, he was kind, listened, and I do believe cared about the well being of his customers as though they were family. Second, I get ... the same chicken burger each time, and it is always quick, and I never have an issue with getting the wrong meal or having it made incorrectly. I would have given this Arby's a zero but I had to select a minimum of 1 star. I have eaten here before and it is usually not bad. Pricey but still good. This experience was BRUTAL. I first waited in line for 5 min where I ... was the only customer in that line. It was an hour before closing and there was one staff member actually serving staff while another was doing paperwork in the middle of the counter instead of helping customers. When I was eventually helped I was asked what I would like and as soon as I started speaking the employee (who I think was a manager by the way he was dressed) turned his back on me to finish filling a drink. He then left me and finished helping someone else. When he finally came back I began speaking again and half way through my order he left to go to the back. When he came back again I finished the first part of my order and he gave me a total and walked away. When he came back yet again I finished my order to which he then proceeded to tell he didn't have enough food to fulfill my order.
