Disappointing experience with regard to intransparent costs. I ordered an ice-cream cake recently that was to be picked up and paid for the next day. The staff was helping me with the flavor I want and the toppings that I could add into the cake. I wasn’t thinking of mixing ... flavors until she suggested that I could actually do so. Upon picking up the cake the next day, however, I was told that they charge extra for ordering a mix of flavor. Honestly if I was told that it would cost extra when she suggested I could do a mix, I probably wouldn’t do so. Nice friendly staff. Ice cream is solid. The toppings however can be a bit stale, specifically the marshmallows. The cones are normally good, I have had one that wasnt real crispy, not sure if undercooked or old.

I have requested customed cakes with or without photos or a specific design or texts. They are always attentive and tried their ... best to meet your needs. Highly recommended this place.
