I asked about the 1/2 Litre size printed on the menu, only for the server to tell me they don’t sell that size. She looked at me like I was an idiot for even suggesting they had those sizes as she stood right in front of the sign. I ... asked which flavours had nuts only to be told that they all had nuts, which was clearly not true. Why actively work against someone trying to give you money? Terrible. Read more

I was shocked at how tiny the Gelato portion was for $5.50. Scoop was about size of my toddler's palm. Definitely overpriced for such small and poor quality product. There were icicles in the Gelato making it not taste good as if it's freezer burn ice cream. Can get better ... quality buying a tub at retail stores. Customer service was not great as the staff do not seem to care to be there. I wish i read the reviews before trying this out. The display looked appetizing but actual taste is the worst I've had in Calgary. Do not recommend. Read more

Some time I visit, the staff wearing glasses doesn't even greet me and Always looks angry. They give me a calculator without even telling you the price. So rude and This problem needs to be improved.

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. It cost $9.10 and took almost no time at all to prepare. It was much thinner than I was expecting but I decided to give it a fair try. I went back to give them some feedback and they said they put 4 ... scoops of ice cream in and they think it's enough. They didn't offer any refund or replacement. I feel ripped off. Read more

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about. Portions size is similar to other premium ice cream places in Calgary (attached photo is a double for ~$7.50), service was polite and fast despite only one person working. Scoop was changed between flavours. Gelato is very good.
