They are proudly serving SPOILED COLD BREW. Young adults named vlada and luis served me around 3:50 pm and they were very unprofessional and would rather socialize to each other regardless how busy this location was. So much for “happy hour” cold brew my drink was sour. Instead of fixing ... the issue vlada blamed me saying i was lying and that they have been serving drinks all day with no complaints. Luis on the other hand who didn’t even seem like a supervisor was agreeing with her and they were both laughing at the situation. Always had good service here, and I know it can get busy, but the milk products need to be checked and containers cleaned out. Customer in front of me got a "sour" drink. My cold brew was also sour, unable to consume. Very disappointing.

FIX THE AC! Customers can come and go as they please but your employees can't. It is extremely warm and they don't deserve being over-heated! Other than that, the staff is always nice!

Today we went for a nice walk enjoying the weather. Stopped at this Tim Horton’s place to enjoy coffee and 4 cheeses twists. To our chagrin we noticed that the twists shrunk to almost half of their original size while price stayed the same. What a shame human greed does ... not know shame. We will not be coming here again. Tim Hortons has been serving it's customers over the years a premium coffee, it taste is great and smooth. It's really nice to start your day with a cup.
