Tim Hortons - Calgary, Alberta

Warning, this has become one of the Tim's locations with "premium pricing". While an XL tea is $2.49 downtown, it's $2.99 here, which is comparable to pricing in airports and remote areas. I've been coming to this Tim's for 3 years, and in that time pricing has gone from $2.19 to ... $2.99, far outstripping inflation. Therefore, I have made the decision to stop going here. McDonald's does a reasonable job for breakfast stuff, so that will be my new routine. Also, this location has had a lot of problems recently with drug users. I saw a guy pull out a pipe in the entrance the other day and the police frequently come by... the staff at the location are really good and are effective at dealing with it, but it's a sad reality. The picture I provided perfectly encapsulates the level of service and quality of food at this particular Tim Horton’s. I was served this partial breakfast sandwich at this location a few months ago as an online pickup order. By the time I got it out of the bag, I was at ... work and couldn’t take it back in person. I reached out to Tim Hortons via the app and via email, have sent them this photo, and have not received a response/offer of recompense. (And yes, I checked my spam and junk folder.) This particular Tim’s location seems to be a hotbed of poor service and messed up orders, as this is about my third bad experience there. Lesson learned. Read more

Fresh, tasty food. Good service. Table wasn't wiped down though.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons! Their coffee is consistently delicious, and the menu offers a great selection of breakfast and lunch options. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making my visits a pleasure. The clean and cozy atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or ... working remotely. No plug to connect your laptop! But Good staff, good service , good atmosphere and free wifi. Unfortunately no plug this big place, that’s a weakness of this place. I asked one of the staff for plug and he connected my laptop inside the kitchen. Nice staff 👌
