Their French Vanilla is too sweet and I had told them earlier as well. Out of no option, I had to drink their French Vanilla again and told them before that please don’t make it too sweet and also had a shot of Espresso. But it came again too sweet. ... But the attitude of the Supervisor was so bad that she replied me with that it’s premixed and she can’t do anything, she didn’t even apologize. don’t order mobile! had to wait for 100 orders before i got mine, decided to cancel cause i was gonna be late for class & already waited 25 mins. online rep said to get a refund. staff and the manager REFUSED to refund after i was told by ... the rep on the app to show them the email saying i could get a refund. When asked if i could just get the food they also refused. do not go here, do not order online- they will steal your money and laugh about it. I ordered the everything bagel with garlic cream cheese and when I went to eat it, there was a small amount of cream cheese spread on only one side of the bagel, the other side was dry with none. I went to the cashier to ask for more cream cheese ... and the cashier when to a different lady and told her my situation. She laughed and the cashier gave me the side of cream cheese with a reluctant attitude where I felt that I asked for too much. I felt embarrassed and upset with the way they handled it. I normally look forward to having these bagels that are generous with cream cheese and spread thoroughly. It looked like it was slapped together with no consideration. I know they were busy so it was an easy thing for me to just ask for a more. But they made it uncomfortable. I won't be back. Read more

The employees are slow as hell! 3 of them there inside with 2 tills. None of them on the till to serve!! I waited in line for 30 minutes just to redeem my 2200 points for an egg and cheese wrap which is only for 1100. The lady was asking ... me to pay saying I do not have enough points!!! Ridiculous.
