It takes a lot for me to leave a review and my experience at this Tim Hortons dealing with the manager and staff was so terrible that I feel compelled to leave a review. I was simply trying to redeem an offer from the app, and the person who took my ... order looked at the coupon and then accidentally charged me full price. I didn't catch it until I was waiting for the food. I got her attention and asked if she could refund the amount and apply the coupon code, she passed me over to the manager and the guy was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid, even though it was an error of the staff. It should have been an easy fix, but he wasted time arguing with me. Tim Hortons, hire better staff. Their job is literally customer service. I myself work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that. Read more

Male cashier working on June 3rd, 2024 denied washroom use for paying customer. I understand you have issues with homeless people and drug use in the area, but that shouldn’t affect regular clients. I almost had my bladder burst while your cashier was smiling, telling me “he’s just following the ... rules”. Health Canada will be notified first thing tomorrow morning. Read more

Tim Hortons is always known for their good food experiences and this has been another good one. I had the caramel Rollo iced Capp and it was really quite nice. But what I really want to emphasize is that even though they were extremely busy even for a little food ... court location they were very efficient friendly and efficient! I was very pleased with a small weight and not one time did the staff ever indicate they were not pleased to serve the customers. Well done Tim Hortons staff! Read more

the facility is very, very dirty. dust everywhere. the floor had not been washed, probably, for more than a week. order food on the street, in the middle it is not too pleasant to eat because of the dirt.

My walk to downtown Calgary Good Friday morning, fresh coffee and warm chocolate timbits… Yummy!! Happy Easter everyone.
