My worst service experience ever!! Had this guy in the frame refuse outright to honor my TIMS survey discount voucher, claiming I had to first present the sales receipt detailing the survey code that qualified me for the voucher!! He further claimed he is under instruction from the shop manager, who, ... he conveniently says is not available to clarify when I demanded to see!! When I enquired further, he said this policy is specific to only their store, and until I present the receipt that qualified me for the voucher, he will not serve me. I find his actions very distasteful and down right unprofessional!! The funny bit is that I bought breakfast meal of FV and muffins a week back from this same spot, was served by a pleasant lady that even got me to complete the TellTims survey in the first place so I can commend her pleasant service. This same survey was what got me the discount voucher that I am being shaded for!! Very disgusting experience. I’m never setting foot in there again!! Read more

This place is always fairly busy, but the staff always seem to be unhappy. I don't know what the problem is, but I would assume ownership or management. The few times I have left 2 complaints over the past 4 years, nobody gets back to me to follow up, despite ... leaving my name and phone number. The last time I had a problem, the girl that messed up my drink didn't even apologize. She just said, "my bad." And then then made the correct drink, which was an iced capp, but barely mixed it longer than a second. All of the milk was still sitting at the bottom of the cup. They will also let the dining room sit completely messy for hours at a time before somebody decides to go and wipe down the tables and counters, usually close to closing time. The service is worse than this I have ever experienced… Three girls for a very long could not serve the queue of customers. The order was made by a blind, elderly woman. Service was great. Food was typical for Tim Hortons.... I had the small chilli, nice fresh crunchy bun and butter. The reason for the 3 stars, is the restaurant is a bit messy. This could be better looked after by the very effective behind the counter staff, they seemed to be ... understaffed actually. Just before I left they started cleaning up the restaurant.
