If I can give zero stars I could the give me tea wasn’t fresh and tthe ignore me don’t stop by this location guys

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Oredered through skip, everything except my drink was disgusting. Donuts taste like old canola oil, all the hashbrowns are burnt to crisp and clearly cooked in used dirty, dirty friers. Couldnt be bothered to nicely put my food in the bag and ... the farmers wrap was just tossed in there quite literally. Payed for bbq sauce, didnt taste or see even a drop. Need to be more customer service oriented ...ordered a food item and a coffee ...was delivered the food but they forgot about the coffee while it was just me waiting for the order ..no other customer ...the employees were busy talking and pranking each other rather than focusing on completing ... the order. Also, I could see a lot of dust around the food delivery area, especially on the chimney, next to the window. Read more

So I work in the building and like right now. At 10 o'clock on Sunday morning, i'd love to get a cup of tea or a cup of coffee but the mobile ordering is turned off so there's no way to get to it. They also close 15 minutes before ... they're actually supposed to be closed cutting their service hours short, so realistically speaking, this is the worst run worst managed Tim hortons I've ever been to. I've ever had. The misplasure of trying to online order from and the staff is completely careless in everything, including their preparation and varied portions. I've gone to this location a handful of times over the last couple of months. Very rude, argumentative, immature, unprofessional staff. I've seen how they interact not only with myself, but with others standing in line. When a customer politely points out a flaw or something the staff may have ... overlooked, some of the staff respond with rudeness, trying to provoke and argue. For instance, I asked for a large coffee with one cream. I walked out the door, got a block away and noticed they had added sugar. I've never taken sugar in my coffee and would never have ordered that. When I returned to politely point out their mistake and ask for a replacement coffee, the girl behind the counter insisted that I asked for sugar, even though she wasn't the person who took my order. I wasn't about to stand there and argue. All I wanted is what I ordered, my large coffee with one cream. Upon receiving my correct order, she continued with excuses, trying to get me to engage with her. I basically ignored her comments and said "thanks, have a nice day" as I left the store. That young woman/girl should have left her attitude in high school, and not brought it into the adult world/workplace. She's definitely not suited for dealing with customers. As two other Tim's locations in close proximity have closed recently, it seems the owner has taken the bulk of their business. It also seems the owner has deliberately failed to address his staff's shortcomings, relying on the fact that people will still come into his location due to other nearby locations closing. After scrolling through the reviews, many seem to have shared similar experiences to mine, pointing out staff rudeness, etc. There's an obvious pattern here. Will the owner or manager step up and do something about this? It seems not. I will not be returning to this location ever again. My edit/reply to the owner; I shouldn't be required to fill out customer care forms. You should be able to train your staff properly, or hire a manager that can take care of these matters without bestowing portions of your responsibilities onto the customer. To put it bluntly, rather than copying/pasting the same lame reply to all of these reviews, perhaps you should take a more hands-on approach. In other words do your job. Read more
