Additionally, I appreciate how clean and well-maintained this store always is. Awful. As per usual, they can't make a bagel properly. I should expect it by now as it seems to be a problem at EVERY Tim Horton's, but it's still infuriating. Toasted means TOAST THE DAMN THING, don't give me a slightly warm bagel that's just got some burnt edges ... but is still soft and not at all toasted. How does nobody know what a toaster is or how it's supposed to work at these stores? Plus, I ordered it with butter, do you think I got any? Well, I got barely any scraped over half of the bagel, and the other half was as dry as the Sahara. Like seriously, to the people making it, if you wouldn't want to eat it, if it wouldn't be enough topping for you and you would be annoyed at getting one made that way (because ANYBODY WOULD), then do better and make it in a way that YOU WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. If you wouldn't be happy with it, don't serve it. **Edit** gave them another chance, ordered a toasted bagel with butter again, recieved a slightly warm raw bagel that was almost completely dry. Came here just today and wouldn't recommend coming here again. I ordered a pepperoni flat bread and guess what? It wasn't even marinara sauce, it was Frank's hot sauce. I went to the counter to let them know and I could definitely tell she was being snarky, actually brought the ... bottle over to show me to my face that it's marinara sauce. Then she went to go get the supervisor on shift. The supervisor, she was nice at the least and I got a refund back. I wouldn't recommend getting the flatbread pizza, unless you double check to make sure it is actually marinara sauce. Read more

Absolutely the most haphazard unprofessional unskilled group of workers I have ever seen... I waited for 10 minutes for my simple order (everything bagel with butter) and watched 4 people that came in long after me get their orders and go... one lady kept putting bags on the collection table ... without saying what they were or who they were for... I hated to finally have to look into them but alas.... no bagel. 10 minutes, nobody would give me their attention... I left. Swearing. This place should NOT be a franchise. Read more

Worst experience ever! Ordered online through app 30 min before Firstly, order was not ready 30 min before!! I had to wait for 5-7 kin there to get my pre order! Secondly, when i got the tea and bagel the bagel was burnt and looked stale to me and the tea cup was ... not properly closed at all. I spilled half of the tea at my clothes! Never coming back here and not at all recommending ordering through app!! Ordering ahead means your order must be ready on time but waiting for the order that i ordered 30 min before makes no sense at all!!
