The worst Tim Horton branch I have ever been. Everytime I ordered her there is always a problem. The services sucks and the food are not served based on your order there is always a problem. I will not come again on this store for food or coffee. I order ... cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese the staff handed me cinnamon bagel dipped in oil. Very disgusting I did not eat the food and returned the bagels to the staff. I don’t asked for replacement as I cannot trust there services anymore. Many times before I ordered coffee there coffee taste different compared to other branch. Today will be the last order I have in this branch. I suggest this site subject for food inspections. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience at the service counter. The staff member, *RUPINDER*was quite rude while taking our order. Despite clearly ordering steeped tea double double,she gave us coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed annoyed and didn’t apologize or offer to correct it. This made ... me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I hope the management can address this behavior to ensure a more positive experience for other customers. The staff are always the most rudest at this location. I’ve never had a location as horrible as this one for just being polite and interacting with customers. Bad customer service, my crossiant was badly toasted and it doesn’t taste good at all.

I don’t know what they’re doing at this location but seriously. Iced coffee no ice, bagel burned to oblivion and they don’t even cut it anymore? Get it together. Disgusting.
