I wish the option of 0 star. Service is disgusting and waiting time is 15 mins for each person. All the blaims goes to owner of this tim hortons, he/she should hire more people as this location is pretty busy. I come here every month, but today at 4:30, they seemed really understaffed. There were only three people working, and there was a huge lineup almost leading outside. Extremely Disappointing Experience at [575 36 St NE, Calgary, AB T2A 4W3] My recent visit to this store was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Despite ordering a simple coffee and bagel, I had to endure a wait of 10-15 minutes just to receive my order. To ... make matters worse, when I politely inquired about my coffee, one of the male employees displayed clear signs of anger towards me. Throughout my time there, it became evident that there was a severe lack of professionalism among the staff. Not only did they take orders for items that were later declared unavailable, but they also exhibited disrespectful attitudes towards customers. Even when I asked for my bill, the employee, Jessica, responded with a noticeable change in demeanor, further adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. As someone who works in the service sector myself, I understand the importance of providing exemplary customer service. Unfortunately, the employees at this branch seem to lack the necessary training and attitude to uphold these standards. It is imperative that the management take immediate action to address these issues and instill a culture of respect and professionalism among their staff. Staff was acting unprofessionally and rude. I ordered steep tea (2milk+2honey) and potato wedges. They served me with milk only, and said you order for milk only. When I checked with staff to whom I placed order, she confirmed honey is there, which was not there. For potato wedges, I ... kept wanting for 10 minutes and there was no update/announcement. I tried to checked with another employee, he rudely said, your wedges are on last counter. when I asked, why you didn’t announce, he start arguing. In addition, there was no notification from previous counter to pick up wedges from another counter. Totally unprofessional and rude service. Good luck Tims to have such star employees.
