I order from this location often & I’ve never had a mistake or missing item which is kind of rare for a fast food-type of place. Today there was a delay with my delivery on the driver’s end (took a long time to get to the restaurant) and I was ... worried my food would be cold/the frozen lemonade would be melted but when the order arrived everything was in great condition so they must have timed it perfectly to be made right before the driver arrived. I like this Tim Hortons, when it’s not lunch hour. This particular location serves the FootHill Hospital, the Children’s Hospital and new Uxbridge medical buildings. It can be insanely busy, especially at noon. I’m pretty sure there’s a high-school close as well. Considering the density the service is amazing, props ... to the staff. It’s also very clean, including the restrooms. The lack of a drive thru is probably good because the corner lot is small and shared with a gas station. Parking is limited. I would consider to park at Uxbridge and walk across the street. Read more

Love this Tim Hortons, it’s close to university and stays open for a long time (it used to be 24 hours I believe) I came here so many times over the years. I tried their new flatbread and it wasn’t bad.

Asked for one beef cravable and pepperoni pizza for my child, waited 20 min, received messy cravable with mayo all over the bag and spicy buffalo chicken pizza, I told them it's wrong pizza and they start yelling at me that it's what I ordered.. my kid can't eat spicy ... food and that pizza is not even on the menu.. wait another 10 min for my pizza.. very upset for being treated this way.. It's near Tim Hortons branch near my home and I usually take something there. I like coffee, foods and place atmosphere. Yesterday was my son's birthday and we came there because my little son likes Tim hortons pepperoni pizza, I asked the staff during my order "do you have any discount ... or birthday prize for my little son?", she just looked at me without any answer or any reaction.
