McDonald’s - Calgary, Alberta

Purchased a $2 Sundae at their kiosk as an add on offer when paying for my lunch. Went to go pick up my order and found out their ice cream machine was not working. Offered me apple pies as a replacement. Only gave me 1 @ $1.59 value instead of ... their 2 for $1.99. Usually a replacement is equal or greater value, not less than. It is McDonalds after all, I shouldn’t even have okay expectations, let alone standard expectations. Just another place that costs way more than it should. Do better, it doesn’t take much. Read more

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Just came through the drive thru and ordered $70 worth of food for myself and my coworkers after a very long, arduous, and exhausting day. The girl who took my order was very good, very nice and listened well, took ... my order perfectly even though it was a larger order, good job! But the positives end there unfortunately. Not only was I missing items that I did indeed pay for, but I waited forever, which I would be okay with if everything was fresh and good, but it wasn’t. Literally everything I ordered was overcooked, incredibly old, soggy, disgusting GARBAGE. Not to mention they got things wrong also, for example my junior chicken was supposed to have no lettuce. It had lettuce even though the sticker on the wrapper said no lettuce!! I don’t know how you can POSSIBLY get that wrong. Will never, EVER come back to this location, and I urge everyone reading this to avoid this location. Go somewhere else. I understand this isn’t a fine dining restaurant with the same sort of standards, but surely you can at least get what you pay for. Apparently not at this location, though. Read more

In a rush, I ordered just a simple vanilla cone, but your employees are so inept that it took them 15 whole minutes to get that cone done somehow, I'm livid, I lost my money, and I'm very sad. I had to leave before I got my cone, and I would ... give you 0 stars if I could. The floors were clean, in contrast to the dark corrupt hearts of their employees. Read more

we ordered crispy chicken in drive thru and they gave us a very old chicken and barely mayo on the sandwich. no receipt in the bag. we tried calling but no one's answering

I got the burger that I customized. There were many other places that ignored customized. And the staff service is good. This place is spacious and clean.
