Place is ran with little to no care. Orders are constantly wrong. Expect to be waiting in the drive-thru for up to 15 mins. Check out my most recent order of a decaf double double that came out as just warm milk. Edit - Just went for the first time since ... this incident and had a similar thing happen. First off this place is disgusting not very busy all garbages are full. Fail guys. Second we get our food and a wrap is supposed to have mayo on it, SHOCKER it doesn’t. Go ask for it rude guy says we have to charge you extra. Sorry but extra for ... what I already paid for my food and it’s missing it so try again then gives us mayo with a side of attitude then I go up and ask for a cup for ketchup and lone behold after standing there and getting ignored for a while they don’t have any so I pointed to the clear containers behind him that I previously saw another employee give out for ketchup and he says no there only for Mac sauce. Just god awful. Don’t try and make changes to the menu. I’m allergic to tomatoes and onions, so I asked for a burger with no tomatoes and onions. It was plain. Not even cheese. Which is just lazy and insulting to me as a customer. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore. People ... expect to get what they pay for. If you’re hungry and in the area go to A&W, go to Wendy’s, go to Edo.
