Worst service ever!!!! I arrived at the counter to order and no one was there. 10min later the lady casually waltzes in. I order a small chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, she's not listening. She asks me to repeat I do she still has no clue what I want so she ... points at the counter at the smarties logo. I JUST visited this location and purchased the red velvet cake blizzard of the month. The cashier did not serve it to me upside down. The marketing for the blizzard of the month clearly says it is served upside down or the next one is free. The cashier apparently didn’t ... know this & said she had no way of honoring this policy. I drop by here on my lunch breaks, at least once a week if not more. Just for those delicious banana milkshakes and smoothies. No one does it better in my opinion.
