My rolo blizzard and 2 chicken snack wraps were great. I never have a problem with the staff at the drive-thru. They are friendly, but sometimes a little quiet, and I can't hear what they say. I've been going there for a very long time, and get ... the coupons when they have them. Used to inside when, but times change, and now am always in the car. I am always hesitant to leave negative reviews but after several similar experiences at this location, I feel it's warranted. I was recently stuck in the drive-thru for 37 minutes, with only TWO cars in front of me. Honestly, I am incredibly patient and understanding in most situations, and if someone ... had acknowledged the wait and apologized, I would likely not be leaving this review. I sat at the speaker for 11 minutes before someone took my order. All I was getting was a small Blizzard. When I finally got to the window, the person working said, "How are you paying?" and NOTHING else. They didn't acknowledge the wait in any way. The car in front of me left without getting their food because they were so frustrated, and cars behind me were rolling down their windows and swearing out of frustration, too. I have been going to this Dairy Queen since I was a child and it's incredibly disappointing to see the direction the customer service has gone. There aren't a lot of Dairy Queens, so maybe there isn't as much of an incentive to improve customer service since customers don't have a ton of other options if they want DQ. It's a shame, and all it would take to improve is the most basic customer service skills. Read more

We were in this location today getting lunch. The employee who took our order was very curt and rude. We tried to pay with a gift card (that I know had more than enough money on it as I double checked via phone); however, it wouldn’t scan, despite repeated attempts. The employee ... working the till was of zero help, provided no assistance or possible solutions. There was no one else behind us when we ordered and the other till was available, but still sat there and watched us struggle and just said I don’t know. She didn’t even try to input it in manually or ask another employee for assistance. The customer service level was abysmal. We ended up paying with a credit card as we knew this was going no where. We also overheard the lady operating the drive thru and she was rude as well to other customers (their speaker was turned up loud so everyone could hear - there is no need for the whole restaurant to hear both ends of the drive thru). I just went there through the drive-thru today for a blizzard. At the window the young lady passed me out a spoon by grabbing the portion of the spoon that goes in my mouth. I told her I don't want that one because she touched that part. So then she ... reached through all the spoons towards the bottom meanwhile touching the tops of all the spoons once again. With as many blizzards as they sell I would like to think they had this perfected and they do not touch the mouth portion of the spoon each time. Apparently they have not thought things through and continue to do it. Please be careful when you get a spoon that this does not happen. I hope the staff there reads my review and they can come up with a better way to handle the spoons. I'm quite disappointed. I had to go somewhere to get a spoon that was clean so I can have my blizzard. I wonder what else is going on behind closed doors when it comes to cleanliness over there. Very disappointed Read more

Ordered a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard, not a drop of chocolate or caramel in the whole thing. My wife had a hot chocolate fudge Sunday and had maybe 2 bites of chocolate in the whole thing. I’m pretty sure vanilla ice cream would have been a lot cheaper somewhere else. ... Biggest waste of money. They usually screw up our orders but this has to be the most disappointing trip. Read more
