The lady working there was on the phone the while time while serving me. I ordered a regular philly steak pita. She served me the small pita instead and charged the regular price. I asked her if I can see the difference from small and regular pita, she then proceeded ... to lie that she didn't have any small pitas available. I've been to Pita Put before and I do know the difference between the two sizes and this was definitely the small size. Very disappointed with the service. Read more

Completely false advertising! I ordered my pita and after I paid and moved on to build it, I see a sign stating "free bacon". I asked the lady if it was really free bacon, and she said yes and added it, then charges me $4.00. I don't even know why I ... paid for it. I asked her why the sign says free bacon but yet they still charge for it. She was extremely rude and never answered me and would only say you need to pay for it, over and over. Old and dry vegetables, nasty meat, horribly bland, the pita made my stomach sick, barely any meat and a lot of vegetables, the only good thing about the pita honestly was the veggies which were already horrible. I came here multiple times this year as of 2020 and each experience was HORRIBLE. The lady working seems so unfriendly and rude. Very sloppy and messy pitas. Way to much vegetables and very little meat and way too much sauce. I tried to give it another shot but after ... reading these reviews I will never go back to this location. The woman working is very cheap with the toppings and it is unsanitary in there. Sorry I will be going to the further location in the S.W the woman working ruined it for me . Not nearly as good as other Pita Pit experiences I've had. Slow service even tho we were the only people in there. Also, since when do we hide rice in with the ground sausage that goes in a breakfast wrap? Isn't omitting a major ingredient in the description unlawful? And ... is it necessary to have starchy fillers in with meat? Go elsewhere if you're a conscientious eater. Read more
