COBS Bread - Calgary, Alberta

I am a huge fan of Cobbs bread and usually go to the one in marda loop. This evening I called ahead asking for a loaf of focaccia bread; I explained I was across the street but would be there by 8 before close to buy the bread. I drive ... there and arrive on the dot. I was promptly and rudely turned away despite having a conversation on the phone 5 minutes prior as the staff was throwing the bread into garbage bags. I understand company policy but am upset by the treatment of the staff. I recommend a different location. Read more

Our favourite bread in Cobs is Cape Seed. A bit pricy, but you can indulge yourself once in a while.

Stopped in for some bread and treats. Staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Laila gave awesome customer service. Kudos!

I got some cinnamon bun and feta spinach croissants yesterday, the taste and quality wasn't like before, look like the cook has changed the ingredients. Less cheese, less spinach and also cinnamon bun was so soft that I felt I'm eating raw dough with lots of oil,so disappointing.

Love this cobs and how friendly their staff is! My favourite days to go in is Saturday because there's a special employee who always makes my day work conversation and such great manners. Thanks so much Savannah! You are amazing
