I forgot to put no ice in my ice tea (tooth sensitivity) and asked them to take it out. They claimed they couldn't remake my fouNtain drink so a stranger had to step in and assert dominance and made them take out the ice. Got it back and it wasnt ... filled all the way so the lady had to step in again and make them fill it more. The women at the window have been AWESOME. There is a more mature woman who is around weekdays is super professional. And the young girls (high school) on Saturdays around 11am have been very impressive with their patience and mature customer service keep coming us back. Even the girls and guys ... who have to bring the food to the car are friendly - never leaving the impression that it’s an inconvenience. That’s why I got them so it’s one day as a sign of appreciation. I wish I could do more because the crew — including the girl at the delivery window and the manager on shift at 8am on a Saturday - are amazing. I want to go to no other location but this one. This restaurant needs to do better maintenance in the washrooms. EVERY time I go use the bathroom, it is so messy with pee everywhere, toilet paper, leaking toilet, sh!t in the toilet… DISGUSTING! Makes one wonder, what goes on behind the counter??
