I’ve been ordering takeout frequently over the past year. Most often I’m really disappointed in the quality of the food and portion sizes received for my money. Pita Pit was a delightful surprise! The service was fast, the food is fresh with loads of healthy options. We enjoyed the falafel and ... chicken souvlaki and they were both delicious. You cannot beat the price. Worst customer service as they have selective hearing. Asked to get their $25 gift card as they have promo and girl i think is thr owner ignored me twice and didn’t bother to ask what I’m saying.quickly understood my buffalo wrap order and started punching it. It did not last for a picture. Falafel pita was great! I ordered through skip the dishes, even tho they did not have my full order to deliver, they tried to contact me and issued a refund for an unavailable item. Very good experience and will be ordering again for sure.

Okay seriously !!! Ordered through uber eats Paid 899 this is a the 30 percent off w uber. I chose the petit which I get is small! HOWEVER , the inside was drenched w hot sauce. There was barely any chicken inside and there wasn’t a good balance of all the ... toppings. I would rather for to Safeway and get a sandwich for 5.99 that’s gonna fill me up and is absolutely delicious ! Seriously please train your staff to put in the right amount of portions for all the toppings ! This is the second time I ordered and was unsatisfied. Most likely will not order again. I have been coming here for the past year as has my staff, and I have to say we are all impressed by the consistency of the quality and freshness of the food, positive attitude of the employees, and the professionalism and hard working owner Brooke who is so humble ... that I didn't realize she was the owner until a couple weeks ago. There isn't much healthy fast food and this is my personal favourite! Protein Smoothies are amazing! If the other Pita Pits were as consistent with happy employees as this one, the company would be much more popular. They should use this location as the benchmark for the rest. Read more
