King Tandoori - Brampton, Ontario

i don't like the food and service of king tandoori.Before that we were the regular customer of this location but from last 4-5 orders they have declined their quality with vegeterian food. We ordered channa bhatoora through uber eats and those were so hard, my grandparents were not able to ... chew it so we have to make food at home. We were so dissappointed that we spent money and have to make food at home as well. We ignore it back then. But yesterday, we had a birthday party at our home, we order food again from this place but they send too oily and spicy just with gravey of paneer tikka masala. at that time we couldn't do anything because guests are at home waiting for food. Today, i call them to complain about the quality of food. Then their service representative arguing with me that why don't you come same time when you see that food is not good. Tell me one thing if guests are at home waiting for food how can we go to complain about food that time. then they say that send the picture of food on whatsapp with the no. which they give on their site. At King Tandoori you will find the best fish pakoras in the area. They are fresh, crispy, juicy and packed with the best authentic flavours. They are served with pickled vegetables, ranch, and chutney. The customer service could be improved, I asked for an extra fork and the lady answered a 5 ... minute phone call before giving me a fork which was within arms reach. Paid for water bottles that were not kept in the fridge which is a little confusing for me. Besides the below average service, the food was amazing and I am happy with my visit. If u ordering tandoori fish salmon , see the picture I have attached . Really enjoyed our meal here (mutton Kadai along with naan)! Great flavour and left wanting more! Food came through really fast as well after ordering.
