Great Pizza - Abbotsford, British Columbia

We placed 2 orders. 1st on 10th June, order was Karahi chicken, Daal makhni & 8 tandoori roti’s. Karahi chicken was missing chicken in it tbh it was only tadka nd gravy. First time seen karahi chicken having more gravy than chicken curry. 2nd order on 11 June, order was ... Paneer Bhurji and 5 tava/ 5 Tandoori roti. Paneer bhurji had onions way more than paneer in it, not sure if they got onions for much cheaper than regular times. The worst place to spend money ever. Got half & half Butter Chicken Pizza and Shahi Paneer. The wrost pizza ever. No flavour at all. Asked for it to be indian style and still bland. Definitely not recommended.

The two darling "ladies" ripped me off $10. I asked for a receipt because the price seemed very high to me and I was sad you don't need a receipt because you paid in cash. I responded I need a receipt regardless! When they finally gave me the handwritten scrap ... of paper that my order was on she THREW a $10 bill at me. I went out to my car and did the calculations and sure enough it was exactly $10 more than I should have payed. They would have got away with it if I didn't ask for a receipt :/ GREAT employees....Great pizza!! WOW They should be fired and put in jail!! I order pizza here, very good prices. It's not luxury, but I have never been disappointed. Butter chicken has been good 99%, (a large order came with significantly less chicken once, I mentioned this as I had all my kids over, it was disappointing. They came back to my house, ... checked my story and replaced....) Indian food and pizza at good prices.....I five starred the food because 4 would be too low. Probably the grossest pizza I've ever ordered. When I called to complain they did nothing to fix the problem. I ordered a 4 topping pizza even paid extra and they missed the topping. This was a delivery. Was 50 mins and arrived cold stuck to the box. When I ... called and said can I drive back there and bring u the pizza to remake fresh I was told no. I couldn't believe it. They screwed up on my order and weren't willing yo fix the problem? I ended up arguing on the phone with him about how terrible customer service was and that I'd never order again. The toppings were so scarce you can see the bottom to the sauce. I ordered ham, mushrooms green peppers and spinach. No spinach and about 3 mushrooms and one piece of ham on each. And a ton of green peppers. It was stuck to the box as well. I would not recommend this place. Even if you like the pizza if you ever have a problem they won't fix it. Shame on you Great Pizza.
