This place has had a ton of 5* reviews because there was good staff running it. (I thought I did a review before which would have been 5*s for all) I recently went in there and watched them fullfill an online order and watched a staff attempt to scrape refried beans ... on someone burrito that had the consistency of almost set "poly filla drywall". I asked the staff are you seriously going to serve that to someone??? And they kept making it. I saw the rice and was sure to tell the server to not use that dried up rice please. Most of the what used to be "fresh" toppings look super old and gross now. Then the condiments likes salsas or others are now less than 50% of what they used to be... I asked why the staff are all different and I think they said new management??.... Please do not judge this place by all the 5* reviews, because there will be flooded with 1*s soon. The inconsistency of this place is crazy, one day you’ll have your order made perfect. Although today the person who made my food skimped out on the meat. Like for real I'm ordering tacos and they're half empty. Very disappointing

Have tried this place a few times and must admit that after not prefering this restaurant over another burrito fast food chain close by, I have developed a liking for the food here much more recently. The staff was unprofessional.The Punjabi guy preparing food was too casual while our food was getting ready.We were there late with the kids and he was totally not in the right attitude.The food was nothing special.Everything was sub standard. The washroom didn’t have soap or sanitizer. It was really a sad experience.
