We used to love this place but our experience is just getting worse within few visits in couple of months. Food was good but way too much service charges for such a poor customer services. This place has lost its standards

Today we had my grand daughter’s first celebrations at our home and we had the privilege to be catered by Zaika. I have to say big thank you to Zaika taste of India for making our function very momerable. This is the fifth time we have had there live catering ... services at our home. They are the best, Dear lalit I just wanted to thank you so much for everything. I did not only get so many compliments on the food but I just wanted to let you know that a lot of my guests took your information and I hope you get some business from them. Nice clean restaurant . Service was perfect . That was our first time trying Indian cousin . We were not sure what to order . Finally we ordered chicken biryani , chicken tikka masala, and lamb/goat karahi. They were still so spicy even though chicken biryani was mild spicy( can ... not blame them !) we loved it . Factors like service, atmosphere and food quality were great. I tried Chaap Tikka Masala with garlic naans and I found the food to be bland to me. It lacked flavour. The bread seemed to be really dry.
