Boston Pizza - Abbotsford, British Columbia

Ordered a large cheese pizza from you guys, and it looks like you cobbled it together from the scraps of other people’s leftovers. The slices are a mismatched mess—different thicknesses, uneven crusts, and cooked all over the place. This is beyond pathetic for a chain like Boston Pizza.

Have to say your promotion person sucks. Sitting out front for the parade & they came out with coupons for the kids. The group next to us called for Auntie Kim so she walked by our kids to hand them all coupons. Nice job. Will find somewhere else ... for lunch today for sure. Read more

When we walked in the door, the manager (Amanda) gave my father in law and I an evil look, didn't greet us, just walked passed us, then after a few minutes she sat us down. The waitress (Joanna) came over to take our drink order, there were only 3 other ... tables with customers, we got there at 415pm. She took our drink order, iced tea and a Pepsi, she came back with the Pepsi and said that she had to get the other one filled as it was empty. I took a sip from the Pepsi and it was flat, told waitress, she came back again with another one and same thing. She gave me a can of Pepsi and stated the pop machines were broken. I ordered a penne pasta with rose sauce with baked cheese. Had to look for it as there was barely any on and the sauce, same thing. It came with garlic bread and when I received mine, it was undercooked and very soft. I went to the manager and asked her for garlic bread and she told me that is how it comes. She asked me if I wanted it extra well done. I said no, but I shouldn't have to ask her for my garlic bread to be that way. I called the waitress over and showed her my bread and she told me that is not the way it should be either. She said that it was wrong for the manager to say that. We were both disappointed. We had to wait after being seated for about 10 minutes before I got someone's attention to get our drinks started . Then, another 5-10 for straws , which my husband went up to the bar to get us the straws . I did mention to the manager ... that drinks are the first thing you should get out . She started our order , and our waitress came and apologized . She did give us a free appy and helped us as much as possible. We didn't hold it against her as she was busy dealing with something else . This is one of the reasons I believe waitresses should come together and help each other, which makes the experience a better one for sure . We do not hold grudges and try to understand . Been here many times but only doing a review now. Had the maple Bacon burger, which was very flavorful and fresh and the salad also was good with balsamic vinaigrette. My friend had the lasagna and she really enjoyed it as well. Big portions. Great price. The tall handsome Danish ... server, Sorry forgot your name was also very friendly and helpful!! Read more
