We went to this location twice last weekend, and we had the BEST customer service! I apologize because didn't get the person's name, but they were working Feb24 and 25 2024 at about 8am. Honestly the service from the Starbucks employees were good. It was one save on staff ,who had her somewhat consumed starbuck drink, who decided to warm her drink up with the steam frother right b4 mine being made. My wife and I really like starbucks but I have to say that this one had a lack of care. In addition they don't accept stars which I found strange seeing as thats the rewards program for the company. Our sandwich slid apart in the oven which isn't a big deal ... but then it was just thrown in a bag without being corrected. We were the only customers and they don't accept mobile orders so it's not like they were slammed for time. Overall not great. Read more
