Terrible service and burnt food! I went with my sister and when the waitress came to bring our menus she just threw them on the table and walked away. Service was very slow. As we were there a group of men came in and sat at the next table, the ... waitress came over with a big smile gave them their menus, she introduced herself and read them the specials! Definitely treat the men better than a couple of ladies. My sisters hamburger on her tater tots were so burnt and crunchy that she couldn't eat it. We felt so awkward and uncomfortable in this place like we were not welcome. Do not recommend this place at all! Read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Came here for a birthday on a Sunday, and was told we were not allowed to get wings on special since “their specials changed” even though they had about 5 different adverts up in the restaurant for wings on Sundays. They would not honour this and also had ... about 10 different items on the menu “also out of stock”. Don't get me wrong, not the servers fault since she was new but the management did absolutely nothing and were 0 help. I don’t generally write reviews like this but this isn’t the first problem we’ve had here, and we will probably never come back. Hopefully they shut down soon and a better restaurant can take over. We sat at the Patio around evening. Frankly speaking not even close to a good restraunt in matter of either food or service. Ordered multiple drinks and food items and everything was hardly average in taste. Spicy Mango Margarita, Rhubarb Gin Soda, Moscow Mule, White and Rose Sangria in ... drinks and were worthless. Ordred Kaktus Chips that were too salty, Ghost Pepper Wings were worst, Spinach Dip with Crostini and Chips were not good and Buffalo Chicken Hangover helper in food and nothing was good as per taste, price or quantity. Stopped in here with my girl for some eats. I love the atmosphere here. My food was delicious, as was the Appy. My gf's meal "beef dip" wasn't that great. Unsure if the kitchen messed up or not. But it was just bun and beef, nothing else on it.....very plain ... Jane. Her poutine was amazing though. Very busy place. Lots of parking underground. Unless you luck out and get a spot out front.
