We went for supper on August 9 2022 and it wasn’t there. It has not been there since covid started. Here’s a picture if where it used to be.

Had a chili cheese dog from DQ. It was quite good! The mall is quite busy on this freezing day

Horrible service. Staff refused to make my order (a julius) because I asked for no milk powder. After trying to explain I can't have milk they said I have to leave and called security. No voices were raised and this all happened withing 5 minutes. Very rude ... staff. I asked for manager and supervisor phone numbers but they refused both. Read more

One if the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. My two kids and I ordered a large original orange drink. I thought it had a funny taste did not say anything to my kids only to have both say it tastes funny. I thought ok it's not ... just me ,brouit back 5 minutes later asking if I can exchange it for another. I was told no. Ordered a blizzard from the DQ and there was a pubic hair in the Ice Cream right near where they placed the spoon, I brought it back and received no change back. All they said was "Oh don't worry it happens all the time," I was really grossed out and ... asked HOW that even happens and they said "well sometimes people just accidentally mix rags that were used for a washroom to wash the counters." So disgusting. I will never order from a Dairy Queen ever again. Read more
